• Here to Bump and Bump to Hear
The beautiful yellow lab was abandoned and in a shelter. She did not understand why nobody wanted to adopt her. Finally a woman stopped at her cage and took her home. She named the dog Sita and trained her through a prison service-dog training program and her own service-dog training facility to be a hearing ear dog. This book's colorful pages depict Sita's journey from the shelter to a prison and finally to a forever home where she is cherished as a companion and indispensable helper. Her true heartwarming story is appropriate for young children. Teachers and librarians can use this book as an informational tool. [Jane M. Biehl PhD; (2014) 42 pages; soft cover]
