So how does this repair service work?

Getting your hearing aid repaired is a simple process. First, take a look at our repair form. Then, package your hearing aid and our repair form into a single package and mail it to the address listed at the top of the form. Once we receive your hearing aid(s), we will open your hearing aid and examine the device. Once we understand what is wrong with your hearing aid, we will give you a calland give you a quote. At that time, you may decide if you'd like to accept the repair. If you do, we will take payment over the phone and begin work. If you do not accept the repair, we will return the hearing aids to you and only be charged for return shipping. After your hearing aid is repaired, you will receive a six month warranty on your hearing aid. Should your hearing aid stop working during the warranty period, you may return the hearing aid to us and we will perform additional work for free. Damage is not included in this protection.
